Is FanHeat made to order?
Yes. FanHeat robes are made to order after the purchase is placed.
How long does production take?
Production takes approximately 7–15 days after purchase.
When should I expect delivery?
Estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks from the order date.
What sizes are available?
FanHeat is available in four sizes based primarily on height: Small 4'10" – 5'5", Medium 5'6" – 6'2", Large 6'3" – 6'6", Extra Large 6'7" – 6'8".
How does the heating work?
FanHeat has built-in heating connected to a handheld controller and portable power unit. Use the controller buttons to adjust the temperature.
Which teams are available?
Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets and Detroit Lions.
Can I return my order?
Because each robe is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
