Shipping Policy
Every FanHeat robe is made to order. Please allow 7–15 days for production before shipment; estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks from your order date.

Processing and delivery
FanHeat robes are made to order: production takes approximately 7–15 days after purchase, and estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks from the order date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote destinations, customs checks, severe weather, and peak periods may add time.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery details before paying. Contact hello@fanheat.store immediately if an address is incorrect. Once fulfilment begins, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to local customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Missing or damaged parcels
If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery to the wrong place, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Shipping Protection customers receive the protection described at checkout; all customers retain any mandatory legal rights.
